Privacy Policy

9 Creation Interior Design collects the details you share in our enquiry form or WhatsApp screening (name, mobile, optional email, property details, budget, notes and an optional floor plan) so our designers can contact you about your renovation. Floor plans are stored privately and only our staff can open them.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics (Google) and the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms) to measure page visits, which page an enquiry came from, form submissions and WhatsApp enquiries, and to measure and improve our ads on Google, Facebook and Instagram. These tools use cookies and similar technology and share browsing activity on this page with Google and Meta. We do not send your name, mobile or email to them.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are only measured after accepting our cookie banner. Everyone else is measured by default and can opt out at any time. We keep a record of your choice, when you made it and the notice you saw.
